De-Frag Your Hard Drive
Fragmented files on your hard drive will rob your computer of performance.
Whenever you create new data files and/or delete old ones. Add or remove software, these processes can cause the hard drive to become fragmented.
Fragmentation of your hard drive will make the accessibility of the data a slow and complicated process.
To prevent this from happening run Disk Defrag once a week to keep your computers hard drive in good shape.
To run disk defrag: Go to my computer, right click on the drive you wish to defrag, select properties, then select tools and run the defrag tool.
Clear Your Browser's Cache
Temporary Internet files should not be considered as permanent fixtures! If you are using Internet Explorer, select tools at the top of your navigation bar, and select Internet Options from the drop down list. There you can delete Temporary Internet files and or " Cookies."
